Raison d'etre

This blog is not really a blog at all.
It was started purely so that, despite being (in the words of one established blogger) "riff-raff", I could still comment on other people's blogs.
Commenting on other people's blogs is much easier and more enjoyable than actually writing original content- in much the same way that any idiot can (and usually does) write a book review, but writing a book is much harder.
This therefore is the blog's current raison d'etre.
